Top Vibram Running Tips!
Got Fitness client and all round superstar, AJ Lazell showed up at the gym the other week with his newest purchase, his Vibram Sprints. Keen to get a few barefoot tips we went out along the Southbank to cover the basics of running in Vibrams. We focused on three key-rules of running barefoot, all given to you here for free:
1. Shorten your stride-length and think posture.
2. Increase your cadence (foot contacts)
3. Listen to the sound of your feet to land light.
