As founder of Got Fitness, Lee is the driving force behind his company's core belief- to inspire fitness through knowledge. Instead of swimming against the tide of conflicting arguments on how best to achieve fitness, Lee has made it his mission to give you easy access to the best, evidence based information to power up your body.
Having 7 + years in sales & marketing and 6 years as a keen tri-athlete, James decided to fuse his two passions into a new career and become a personal trainer. After qualifying with Premier International a year ago, James hasn't looked back and continues to grow a loyal client base.
After starting to do strength training by the age of 16 Marlene found a growing interest for exercise. With a fascination of building strength and transforming the body, she wanted to find a way to make a career from it. Extending her knowledge Marlene now has a BSc in Sports Science and is a qualified CHEK level 1, CHEK Golf Biomechanic and a FMA Mentor.
Rob's approach to fitness is about efficiency. He claims to be on a search to always find a better, healthier way - whether it is diet to lose weight, strength gains, or training for Olympic trials or the NFL combine.
Juli is food obsessed. Her daily schedule includes consuming copious amounts of meat, hours upon end spent at CrossFit gyms, and nightly marathons with the Food Network. This is where she develops her crazy-mad cooking skills.

Mountains sports passionate, Level 3 QYMCA Personal Trainer and British Association of Snowsports Instructor, Bart has been driven by the idea that hard training in the gym benefits your performance, once you hit altitude.
