About me - As a child Marlene didn’t really do much sport. But after starting to do strength training by the age of 16 she found a growing interest for exercise. With a fascination of building strength and transforming the body, she wanted to find a way to make a career from it. Extending her knowledge Marlene now has a BSc in Sports Science and is a qualified CHEK level 1, CHEK Golf Biomechanic and a FMA Mentor.
Marlene believes that a holistic approach to fitness and health is instant to get the best results. To get the most out of your training its best combined with the correct nutrition and lifestyle habits. Of course the training needs to be fun too! After 3+ years as a personal trainer and 3 years experience as a Football Strength & Conditioning Coach , Marlene has worked with high end athletes as well as chronic back pain clients.
Marlene is a competitive CrossFit athlete and likes to mix her training up with Parkour and climbing. She is determined to show others that despite an inactive start in life you are capable of great athletic accomplishments. Passion for strength training and keeping the training fun and interesting is what keeps her going.
