We train our clients hard & condition your body for health & fitness by using major lifts that utilise multiple-joints & multiple muscles. At our disposal are the tools of Olympic & Power lifting, kettlebells and a wealth of bodyweight exercises with gymnastic elements. Training sessions are programmed to add variety, to be creative & promise to be full of energy to avoid routine and to keep your body improving.

Sports Conditioning & Olympic Lifting

Got Fitness have been leading strength and conditioning services to King's College London University for the past two years. Over 30 athletes, on a national & international level, in this time have benefited from our UK strength & conditioning association coaches. If you are an aspiring athlete or even want to improve your weekend warrior status we can help. With a team of Personal Trainers who are all competitive athletes, we know what it takes to become successful.
